What is sanitary pneumatic valve :

Pneumatic Actuated Ball Valve
Pneumatic Actuated Ball Valve

Pneumatic sanitary valves are standard electronically polished, with smooth surfaces to ensure clean, media-free accumulation areas without potential contamination.
Sanitary pneumatic valves are valves and fittings used in the pharmaceutical, food and other industries that require high sanitation levels. The main body material used is the highest grade stainless steel 316L as the main material of the valve body.
The sanitary pneumatic valve can be remotely operated by a pneumatic head or manually operated by a handle. The actuator is available in three standard models, namely normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and air/air (A/A). The actuator converts the axial motion of a piston into a 90° rotational motion of the valve shaft.
When the circular piece inside the valve contacts the seal of the butterfly valve, the torque of the actuator increases and closes the valve. The valve can be mechanically locked in open, closed, intermediate or other positions by selecting different handles for manual operation.
This enables the flow rate to be regulated.
