Can I cancel or change an existing order?

If your order has not been processed yet, in most cases it is possible to cancel or modify the order. Your payment will be fully refunded to your account, or you can change your order. It is important that you contact Customer Support with your question as soon as possible. Some products are excluded from cancellation, for example if a product is made to order.

If the order has already left the warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change your order. In this case, you can use our Return Procedure.

How much will shipping cost and what methods do you offer?

The shipping cost is based on the weight and destination area. We provide competitive shipping prices for all our customers. Shipping methods available are Ground, Expedited, 3-Day Air, Next-Day Air and Next-Day AM. The shipping methods are available through online and phone orders.

What freight companies do you use?

For international shipments we use TNT, UPS and DHL. For larger orders we use various freight forwarding companies.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 3 p.m. GMT +8:00 will qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 3 p.m. GMT +8:00 will go out on the following business day.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

I just placed my order, is it possible to change my shipping service?

If the product has not yet been shipped you can call us to change your shipping method. Please have a credit card ready as changing the shipping method may increase the cost of shipping. However once the unit has been shipped we are unable to change the shipping service.

How can I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your product is packed and ready to ship.

What happens if a package is damaged during shipping?

If your package is damaged during shipping we ask that you take a picture of the damaged product and the packaging that it arrived in and email it to info@china-covna.com. We require this in order to be reimbursed from the shipping company.Once received we will work with the shipping company to replace your damaged item(s) as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns section for more information on the return process.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cheques, COD, Wire Transfer and Money Orders.

What form of currency are your prices in?

All of our prices are in US dollars.

Do you offer purchases on credit?

Yes, businesses can purchase on credit. To purchase on credit please email us a purchase order with your credit references. The amount of credit provided will be determined by our accounting department.

How do I know if the product I want is in stock?

All of our products on the website are in stock and ready for same-day shipping. If for some reason the unit you want is unavailable we will contact you to let you know when the unit will be available as soon as possible.

Do you offer discounted products?

Yes, we offer a small selection of discounted products. Please be aware that discounted products may have modified, discontinued models or units with small scratches.In addition, we have sale offers from time to time. Please contact us for information on discounted products.

What type of warranty comes with the purchase of my products?

COVNA Automations offers an industry standard 12-month warranty on all of our products. We warrant that the products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship for the 12-month warranty period from the date of receiving.

Warranty is only valid as long as products are utilized and installed correctly. It does not cover any damage sustained from incorrect installation, incorrect usage or use in extremely hazardous environments. Warranty will be void if products have been tampered with an any way by customer such as being opened up for repairs, modified, etc.

Where can I find the dimensions for my products?

PDF specifications for all of our products can be found in our Downloads section. Each product page has a tab for its PDF as well. The PDF goes over the dimensions in detail. If you require additional information please contact us.
