- The performance of the high pressure casting globe valve:
Because the change of the valve seat passage of the high-pressure casting globe valve is proportional to the valve flap stroke. The opening or closing stroke of the valve stem of the high-pressure shut-off valve is relatively short, and it has a very reliable cut-off function, and because the change of the valve seat passage is proportional to the stroke of the valve disc, it is very suitable for flow adjustment. Therefore, this type of shut-off valve valve is very suitable for use as a shut-off or adjustment and throttling. Due to the small stroke between the opening and closing of the valve disc of the casting globe valve, and the sealing surface can withstand multiple openings and closings, the globe valve is very suitable for occasions that require frequent switching and can be used in most media flow systems. Globe valves are widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, urban construction, chemical and other industries. - Structural features of high-pressure casting globe valve:
(1) The national standard flange connection, socket welding connection, butt welding connection, threaded connection stop valve series are conventional products designed with reference to the national standard. The cast steel stop valve series have reasonable structure design, stable performance, reliable quality, convenient installation and operation Lightweight and flexible.
(2) The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and the valve seat are spray-welded with cemented carbide of different hardness. Reliable sealing, high hardness; abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance, good scratch resistance and long life.
(3) The valve stem has good scratch resistance and wear resistance after heat treatment.
(4) A variety of connection types can be used to meet various piping requirements, piping flange standards and flange sealing surface forms, and meet various engineering needs and user requirements. - Selection of sealing material for high pressure casting globe valve:
Carbon steel globe valve: valve disc 13Cr, valve seat is WCB+HF, WC6+HF or LCC+HF, the hardness difference between the two is HB≥50. The spray welding process is strictly implemented in accordance with the spray welding process regulations.
Stainless steel globe valve: disc 304 or 316, valve seat is OCr18Ni9+HF or OCr17Ni12Mo2+HF, the hardness difference between the two is HB≥50. The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat has high hardness and good erosion resistance and corrosion resistance. The spray welding process is strictly implemented in accordance with the spray welding process regulations. - Material of high pressure casting globe valve:
4.1 The valve body, bonnet, and materials are WCB, WC6, LCC, OCr18Ni9 or OCr17Ni12Mo2. The above valve materials are selected in strict accordance with the requirements of GB/T12224 “General Requirements for Steel Valves” and relevant valve material standards, and the service life is guaranteed. The casting material meets the standard requirements specified in GB/T12229 “General Valve Carbon Steel Casting Technical Conditions”, GB/T12230 “General Valve Stainless Steel Casting Technical Conditions” and JB/T7248 “Valve Low Temperature Steel Casting Technical Conditions”. The steel castings are heat treated according to the standard requirements, and the mechanical properties meet the standard requirements. Non-destructive testing of pressure-bearing steel castings is carried out, and the implementation standard is JB/T6440 “Radiographic Inspection of Valve Pressure-cast Steel Parts”. All pressure-bearing forgings meet the requirements specified in JB4726~4728 “Steel Forgings for Pressure Vessels”. All reports are archived so that they can be inspected by the buyer during the valve production process.
4.2 The stem material is 13Cr, 304 or 316. The valve stem material is subjected to chemical analysis according to relevant valve standards, mechanical performance report (tensile test, hardness test), heat treatment as required, and a corresponding report is provided. All reports are archived so that they can be inspected by the buyer during the valve production process. - Inspection and testing of high pressure casting globe valve
5.1 Test Standard
The inspection and test of the valve are in accordance with JB/T9092 and GB/T12224 standards. The shell pressure test is carried out before the valve surface treatment and painting.
5.2 The valve shall be subjected to a 100% pressure test before leaving the factory. The valve pressure test shall include at least the following contents.
— Shell test, upper seal test, low-pressure air seal, high-pressure water seal test, and other tests specified by the code.
5.3 After the test, drain the test medium in the valve body.
5.4 100% X-ray inspection of all butt welds. For valve pressure parts with PN160 and above pressure levels, X-ray inspection shall be done according to JB/T6440.
5.5 The product user has the right to inspect as needed at any time. - Transmission device of high pressure stop valve:
6.1 According to the operating conditions of the shut-off valve, the valve operating mechanism must have sufficient torque and rigidity.
6.2 The housing support of the operating mechanism and the parts connected with the valve body shall have sufficient rigidity and strength.
6.3 The maximum force of the handwheel of the manual operating mechanism is 35Kgf (under any working conditions). The valve drive mechanism is required to operate smoothly throughout the entire stroke, without jamming, no jumping phenomenon, high adjustment accuracy, and accurate action.
